VALLEY VOICES POETRY FESTIVAL

Friday April 11 - Saturday April 12,  2025

 

Join us for Valley Voice’s second Kelowna Poetry Festival!  Following on the heels of the wildly popular Poetry Fest of 2023, this spring to celebrate National Poetry Month, we'll be featured an exciting series of readings and workshops.  It begins on Friday, April 11 at the Alternator Gallery in Kelowna with a kickoff reading feature Brianna Ferguson with cameo appearances by a selection of emerging poets in the MFA program at UBC.  On Saturday, April 12, the Okanagan Regional Library will be hosting all-day events at the downtown Kelowna branch.  

Poets include Brianna Ferguson, Norah Bowman, jaz papadopoulos, Sharon Thesen and Klara du Plessis.
