Kelowna and Summerland
Join us for Valley Voice’s first Kelowna Fiction Fest! Following on the heels of the wildly popular Poetry Fest, this fall we’ll celebrate the vibrant voices of Okanagan fiction writers. The Fest will feature new novels, award-winning short stories, and a free public workshop to hone your own fiction writing skills. It all begins on Friday, November 1 at the Alternator Gallery in Kelowna with a double launch of a novel and a short story collection. On Saturday, November 2, the Okanagan Regional Library will be hosting all-day events at the downtown Kelowna branch and an afternoon reading in Summerland.
Check out the program here.
If you'd like to join a free writing workshop, it will be held at the downtown Kelowna Branch of the Okanagan Regional Library workshop from 10:15 - 11:45 am.
